• If an order is not delivered or fails to meet service requirements, the undelivered portion may be credited to your account balance.

3. Order Cancellation

4. Deposits & Wallet Balance

• Deposited funds are intended for purchasing services and are not withdrawable.
• Wallet balances cannot be transferred back to the original payment method, except in rare confirmed service failure cases.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be possible if:

• Incorrect, broken, or private links were submitted.
• The account or content was removed or made private after ordering.
• The service has already been delivered or is actively in progress.
• Multiple SMM panels were used simultaneously for the same link.
• There is a violation of our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

• We recommend contacting our support team before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
• Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions or service removal.
