1. General Policy

• Payments for SMM services made at SMMFollowers.com are non-refundable once credited to your account balance.
• Refunds are only issued in specific situations, as detailed below.

2. Refunds for Undelivered or Failed Orders

• If an order is not delivered or fails to meet the specified requirements, a refund for the undelivered portion will be credited to your SMMFollowers.com account balance automatically or upon request.
• For partially completed orders, a partial refund equivalent to the remaining undelivered quantity will be issued to your account balance.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders that can be cancelled before processing will be fully refunded to your panel account balance.
• Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except for the undelivered portion.

4. Deposits & Wallet Balance

• Deposited funds are non-refundable and must be used for buying services. There is no possibility to withdraw the wallet balance to the original payment methods unless there is a special case of undeliverable orders.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

• Wrong, broken, or private profile links were submitted with your order.
• The account or content was removed, changed, or made private after placing the order.
• Services have been delivered as described or are in progress and cannot be stopped.
• Orders are placed simultaneously from other SMM panels for the same link.
• Violation of our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

• Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting our support may result in account suspension and removal of delivered services.

7. How to Request a Refund

• If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team through the website’s support ticket system or via email with your order details.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant order.
